About the App
WalkingPadT&F connects to compatible walking pads (e.g., WalkingPad R1 Pro) via Bluetooth to display your progress on a virtual track and provide quick speed controls.
Quick Troubleshooting
- Bluetooth not connecting
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone/iPad.
- Turn your WalkingPad R1 Pro on and keep it nearby.
- Force close and reopen the app, then try connecting again.
- Restart your walking pad and your device if the issue persists.
- Speed controls not responding
- Confirm the device is connected in the app.
- Check that the walking pad is not in a locked or standby state.
- Update to the latest app version and firmware if available.
- Permissions
- Go to iOS Settings > WalkingPadT&F and confirm Bluetooth permission is enabled.
- Data and Privacy
- We use Bluetooth only for device control and metrics display. See our Privacy Policy.
